real-life person? I am currently in the midst of writing a novel and my character is based on an individual I've met in real life. I've done the obvious alterations such as changing his/her name and creating a different physical appearance. However, I did not really alter the personality at all. If the person were to ever read this, can they possibly file a lawsuit for likeness?
