No it cannot.
AT&T and T-Mobile are both GSM (which means they use SIMS cards)
That is why you can use the Blackjack on T-Mobile if you unlock it.
But, Boost Mobile is iDEN, and that uses SIMS cards, but it's a different technology. Only Boost Mobile, and Nextel use the iDEN cards [I'm not sure, but I think the Blackberry Tour can also be unlocked and flashed to Boost/Nextel]
