Hi im 15 years old, and i would like to start a business in the us.
by using "visa through Alien investor"
my legal papers is ok.
but in us emigrations law "Alien investor" then it comes to can a 15 year old danish use that?
i have the requested money that is needed to sek "alien investor visa"
an the rules is being followed.
in my country im using "værgelovens §45" which is a law in Denmark that allows me to create a business.
can i use that in the us? in some form?
