Can Amazon be trusted when it comes to electronics?

ok so father's day soon yay!! anyway I was thinking of buying him an ipod but i don't know if I can trust amazon with it, I mean I buy books but an ipod is a whole different thing so has anyone ever bought something from amazon?
 
Well sure. I wouldn't trust any online retailer more. You can also get it strait from apple at an apple store or online. Or another store like Walmart or Bestbuy will have it.

as long as it's from amazon.

everything i've gotten from amazon marketplace has been good too, but maybe i've been lucky

but as long as you're buying it from original product page and not
somewhere else (if you click "new and used from...") you should be fine.
