can alcohol cause a false positive pregnancy test?

i have heard from a couple of friends of mine that alcohol has interfered with the accuracy of their pregnancy tests.. i know false positives are VERY rare.. but she had been drinking alcohol and then a couple hours later took a test.. that was almost a year ago.. and she was NEVER pregnant a very similar situation happened to another friend of mine.

is that a proven fact or just a fluke thing?
wow some people need to cam down. its just a question. that is what this site is made for. if you dont have a constructive answer like i have seen alot of you show me. DO NOT ANSWER THIS QUESTION.

Alcohol has nothing to do with it. Furthermore, why the hell would someone taking a pregnancy test be drinking at the same time? Are they really that stupid?
