can adobe after effects enhance the entire color of a video clip?

like lets say im in a forest area filming, and the image is kind of dull color wise, can after effects make the video sharper, and make all the colors in the clip pop?
can it make the clip sharper and more vibrant is what I mean, and if not which adobe program can accomplish this?
