Can a 'Yamaha YZF-R6' be used by an L Plater in Victoria, with the new rules?

I have had a look on the list. But it doesnt show this specific bike.
Will i be ablt to use it on my P's?
As i hold a Green P licence, do i need to do the test for the mtorbike as well?
