The sperm itself would cause no problems if it gets in the wound. If the sperm comes from a person with an STD (eg HIV) the microbes in the infected sperm could infect you through the wound.

if you washed the sperm off then you would think the wound is clean. btw if you get a wound wouldnt you disinfect it regardless of sperm or not?
