can a virus crash 2 computers and a phone hooked into the same wireless

network simultaneously? my friends 2 computers, a laptop and desktop, and his phone connected to his wireless network all simultaneously crashed and i was wondering if it could be a virus? i mean im not computer illiterate in any way but i dont know all that much about viruses and thats the only way i could think that that would happen
