Can a T-mobile phone be flashed to work on metro pcs network?

I have a t-mobile phone that i deactivated service. I dont want to buy a new phone. Can my old phone be flashed to work on the metro pcs network? It has a Sim card on the back of the phone. Thanks any help would be great.

if it is a CDMA phone. you will have to call them and give them the make and model so they can determine if they can do it.
