For instance, if a student has a federal student loan in default and then bring it out of default and this occurs durring the middle of the semester that it comes out of default, can the student still get their financial aid late in the semester ? For example in the 2010 school year, if the student begins making monthly payments from august of 09 , and the 6th payment occurs on January of 2010, and the Spring semester starts around February , can the student receive financial aid for fall of 2009, or spring of 2010 ? If the fall semester is from about September 1st of 09 - December 16th ? Of for a winter semster of 09 ? If the winter semester starts around December of 09 and continues through January of 2010 ?
