My deceased Wife and I had no other legal counsel regard this we happen to trust him.
He is an attorney who also work on my behalf regarding conservatorship
He is currently demanding intestate division of properties 9 years after her death
And reguesting an audit for the past 9 years is the a time limit for intestate laws?
