Can a sonnet employ eye rhyme, i.e. blood/ good? If so, which type of sonnet should I use to do it?

What I'm trying to ask if people are not grasping my question is whether all sonnets must follow strict end rhyme in order to be rhyming sonnets? if not, should I use the Petrarchan, Shakesperian, Spenserian or which format?
