Is it permissible to change my home of record to a valid address in South Korea before I actually exit the Army.
I am close to completing my Army contract, and I am hoping to move to Korea after this point.. This is where I am moving to. There is no need for me to go to my current home of record as I no longer have relatives there. For the non-military on the site the Home of record is where I was living when signing my contract.
