can a sex a fender be registered at two locations?

i was wondering if a register sex a fender can be registered at two addresses? my friend knows of a guy that is living part time at her sister house and is register sex a fender and every time my friend said she visits with her sister for days at a time she never see this person.
I questions my friend and asked her if he is registered at her address he should be at her house sleeping
my friend asked her sister and the sister asked the man if this was true, and he replied that he was also registered at another house too.
im just wondering if this is the truth that a sex a fender can register for two houses or, if not only one address. my frind needs to report this guy to the authorities
please let me know
 
they can only have one address..but maybe he just leaves when ur friend comes by since he can not be near kids...no one really knows why that man leaves....ur friend shouldn't worry about where he stays. she should just be happy that he leaves when she comes by
