Can a respiratory infection be spread through oral sex?

I currently am on antibiotics for bronchitis/upper respiratory infection and I don't want my boyfriend to get it too. I know we can't kiss or anything like that but what about oral sex? Can colds and things like that be spread this way??

omg, this is just too funny, I'm sorry but I can't help it. honey your lungs are not attached to your genitals. And if you have been on antibiotics for more than 24 hours, you can't give it to him anyway.
