Can a public University require a student to carry "mental health" insurance?

This is a question for someone who really understands con law - first amendment and establishment clause. Psychology is ethical and morally prescriptive, and is morally prescriptive in a way that completely violates my faith/religion. As such I believe this requirement at a PUBLIC university violates the establishment clause - I should be at least given an exemption from the policy. This requirement is part of their "comparable health insurance" requirement. I understand they can require comparable health insurance, and I have comparable health insurance with the exception that I REFUSE to carry mental health insurance on religious grounds. There has to be some limitation to how they define "comparable coverage" or they could put any crazy thing in.

This is the second time I'm asking this - I'm looking for knowledgeable well reasoned answers - not opinion. And no I'm not a scientologist so please no straw-men
