about a week ago i was pulled over for backing down a street. I backed up a half a block to go to a friends house so that he could get his cell phone. when i did this a police officer down the street saw me and waved me down. he was on his front porch. i pulled up to him and he said that it was illegal and wrote me a ticket for improper driving on laned road. do you think i could win in court?
