I want to take a swing dance class, but Im not exactly a size 0. Im a size 18 and I want to take swing to slim down and have fun! I used to be a size 26, I ate better and lost a lot of weight, now that I feel better and have more energy I want to try something different. Obviously I dont want to be thrown around in the air but Id love to learn to swing dance! Any suggestions? And if swing dance sounds like a bad idea does anyone have any exercise classes that are fun to suggest?
