the way i am asking it is that you have a picture of someone who is dead and start seeing their figure walking around

like in a haunting the ghost soldier episode
 
you mean actually capture it, like take it hostage capture it? No, it's only a picture, the spirit on the film still is around you when you take a picture of it, it hasn't bee contained in the film. that's an old superstition, I believe some Native American tribes used to think that, way back when. It is possible the GHOST thinks this, though, that they don't understand what a picture truly is.
 
yes its true, i live in alabama and my mom used to take loads of pics at our old apartment. well, since did my crazy antics at night, she would take pics at night. almost every pic she took had an orb (glowing circle that doesn't appear to the naked eye) and she knew that there was spirits everywhere. and i got to tell u that the pics where loaded with them, every pic contained at least 15 to 20 orbs each!

so yeah, pictures can contain stuff like that, ive been creeped out by pleanty of them.
