Can a persons spirit go to heaven after they die? I doubt it. Can a...

Can you explain to me what a spirit is and how you know it exists first, how it's not a relic from a time when biologists thought there was a thing called a "life force" that separated animals and humans from plants and rocks?

@CF: No, you're WAY off. I'm saying the exact opposite. But yes I am right, thank you.

There is no such thing as a spirit unless you are talking about the drinking kind, when you die, you just die, your body either gets burnt or buried, the end.

If you asked a single question... maybe.

There is in all things that live a life force. Science can tell us that. Some "spark" or "force" an energy, that causes a thing to be alive. Science can also tell us that energy can't end, it can transform or change but will always be. Religion calls this a "spirit" or "soul".

Heaven and hell are an idea, a physical description of a non-physical place. All energy runs through it and through all the energies or entities found there. Living, dead, past, future, it's all connected. While we live our soul is tethered to our physical body so it cannot maintain a connection to those energies on the other side. Once we die, we become apart of that energy permanently.

Heaven is where a soul is connected to everything but keeps nothing for themselves, they let the energies, all the emotions and experiences flow in, then out that's why they feel nothing, they let it go.
Hell is where the soul lets the energies in but not let them back out feeling everything and then holding onto that emotion, causing themselves to suffer.

A living person often can look into heave and hell, but would not see it for what it was, as it looks much different then the paradise we are fed as children. The dead go there and I would expect seldom look back on the living as they are connected to us once they die..

Yes they can in both cases. The spirit within man can grow during his lifetime to become stronger and more pure. When a person dies, this spirit is freed, and according to the way in which it has grown it will continue to exist in harmony and love (a state of grace / heaven) or it will fight the world, pulling things to itself and be consumed by anger, jealousy, and discontent (a state of pain / hell). The latter can, in my belief, actually kill a spirit completely, so hell isnt always permanent but because our religious teachers dont want any spirits to die we are told its forever, to help us stay away from that fate.

A persons spirit can, however, grow so bright that it can be seen already while it is alive, like with many religious figures and other very enlightened people. There are cases where a persons spirit overcame the reality of his or her body before they died, and ascended to heaven, or otherwise dematerialized. Some say that these beings can form a body again at will and go back to heaven again at will - they are called angels, Masters, Lightguides, you name it.

Mind you - dont confuse the remains of energy that people leave on earth with their spirits. A person will leave an 'echo' when they die, a shell of energy. Sometimes people think this is the deceased person and talk to it and keep it around, untill it does things wildly different than the person ever would have. Communication with real spirits is very rare and this kind of playing with ghosts is dangerous and disrespectfull to the actual person who has died.

If a spirit can feel pain why can't we feel it. If it cannot there goes the religious idea of hell. There is no heaven or hell, it is a fairy tale.

In religious terms, you have to die to go to heaven,

however

there is no God, no Heaven and no Hell.

Heaven is on earth, in this life. So is Hell, actually. Make the best of your life!
