yup, sure can. Are you on child support? if you are you can contact their website for the paperwork, if not then you would have to open a case which means you would be held accountable for the financial responsibilities of the child, and also you will have to visit them a lot.
I personally feel that if you love the child and can not support them, because you are still a child yourself, you could at least help the momma maybe she can save money on babysitters ect. if you watch the kid, or she can go on dates and find a man that can take care of her and the kid, either way way do your part.
