He's been charged with robbery, battery to commit mayhem, and grand larceny auto. The preliminary hearing is next week. He punched this guy a few times and when the cops came the guy couldn't find his keys or wallet so they charged him with the robbery and grand larceny. He wants to be bailed out but i think the charges will be dropped and we should wait and see....
Can a person still be bailed out after a preliminary hearing?
