can a parent in the state of Oregon obtain text message printouts without a government

mandated court order? observing my freedom of speech i happened to say a few derogatory things about them as well as sexual things to another person...i don not want my parents obtaining this messages they plan to obtain these messages, not to whom i sen tit to but what i wrote all together.
 
If you are a minor and/or your parents are paying the bill for your phone, you have no privacy, beyond what your parents are willing to give you.
