Can a non-custodial parent carry court-ordered Medicaid coverage on a minor not

living with them? In INDIANA: If a non-custodial parent is ordered by the court to cover their minor child on their insurance and they have Medicaid (Hoosier Healthwise), will Hoosier Healthwise allow the minor child to be carried under the non-custodial parent's plan even if the child is not living in their home?
By the way, this is not for me personally. So, I do not have a case worker.
