Can a naturalized citizen lose his citizenship if he cheats, goes to jail, uses...

...drugs etc...? He got his citizenship via our marriage around 10 years ago, for the past 2 years he's been cheating on me with a criminal who has been convicted of drug use, dui, armed robbery and had her children taken away from her by the State. Right now she has a bench warrant out on her, if he is with her when they arrest her, can he lose his citizenship??

Cheating on you is not a crime. All the crimes that you allege are being committed by her, not him, so they have no effect on him at all.

If she is with him when she is arrested there is a (VERY!) slim chance that he might be charged with harboring a fugitive, but it's unlikely.

To be stripped of citizenship is a very major step. It's certainly not going to happen because someone ELSE is committing crimes.

Basically only treason, fighting against the USA, serving in a foreign military as an officer or NCO, or lying on your application are grounds for denaturalization.

I am not for sure...but I know that natural born citizens lose their rights to own a gun/vote etc if they are convicted felons.
