Can a little cow (Dexter cow) live in a BIG garden? Or should i get a goose?

I've decided we need more help from nature. We have a dog and bunny to bring natural happiness in, and i thought that maybe a Dexter cow (not much bigger than a German Shep) could live in our garden - apparently they make delicious milk living only on grass. I thought it could be quite hard, so i thought - goose! Geese make eggs, right? Money and environmentally friendly, yeah? I won't get a duck (i think ducks deserve to live in a nice, big pond and we haven't got one). And also, did anyone know HOW CUTE A PUPPY CAN BE??? <:) Oh, and battery chicken rescue.... chickens sound great but they need a big shed and coop for all of them and anyway my friend has chickens.
D.E dude, you have no idea if i'm a child or in the city..
