I have been living in my house for over 6 months. I lost my job 2 months ago and have been paying my rent a week late due to my unemployment coming late. My landlord is now wanting to see info from the edd showing that they owe me money. EDD owes me a great deal of money but I don't think its any of her business how much and when its coming.... Please help???

Hmmm No . If he doesn't get his rent on time, he can boot you out though.

Might be better to show him the money is coming rather then get booted out.

He may be trying to give you a break.

I wonder whats wrong with Jari today? Anyway - if you continue to be one week late, your landlord may move to evict you. You must show that you are financially able to make your rent each month. Just showing him/her your paperwork will not be an invasion of your privacy - but only as a favor to forestall the eviction - soon to come.

You must show that you are financially able to make your rent each month. otherwise its not good
