Can a JL audio E1400d amp be enough power to run a JL AUDIO® 8W7 SUBWOOFER?

Can a JL audio E1400d amp be enough power to run a JL AUDIO® 8W7 SUBWOOFER.If yes how would i need to set it up, and do i need to buy anything special for it, like a amp capacitor, special amp kit( any recommendations would be nice)etc
I am only trying to run only one sub
