The jeep wrangler website says they can safely tow 3,500 pounds. Horse that will be travelling is a 16hh thoroughbred that weighs about a healthy 1000 pounds. The single horse trailers are approximately 1500 lbs or more. Yes that equals 2500 lbs about. But i searched google and images and it shows up all toys. So do you think this would be okay or safe? For a wrangler to tow a horse and trailer?
Thanks :)

It's not a good idea to tow much of anything with a Wrangler, because it's so short. The wrangler is easily turned around, and that really matters. You have to remember that not all 3500 pound objects are equal in terms of their stability, and in addition, seemingly harmless effects like wind or dropping a tire off of the edge can wildly upset a trailer. The wrangler, with its short wheelbase, can't fight back very much.

Now, with that said, a single horse trailer is probably short enough and light enough to be manageable at low speeds. I think you'll be safe at 45 mph, and likely to crash at 70 mph. So it can be done if you are willing to do it right.
