Can a homosexual fall in love with a member of the opposite sex?

Really Now?

Why or why not?

If you say yes, then why don't they act on it?
If you say no, how can you suppress love from someone based on gender? Are you only capable of loving someone of the same sex?

Are people only capable of loving someone from the same sex or the opposite sex, and there is no in between? How come bisexuals can only do this? If it is about love, where is the prevention?
Kimmy,
perhaps they can. Still if that heterosexual doesn't act on it, how are they viewed.

How is that gay person viewed if he doens't act on it?

a gay man could fall madly in love with a specific woman, to the point of even acting sexually with her, but he would still have urges towards men, if he were with a man that man could help with those urges where a woman could not - so IT WOULD NOT BE FAIR for the woman. i hope that helps.

every individual case is different

i think they could. i think of love this way. you can be gay your whole life and always only like someone of your own gender. but there could be this one person who you fall completely in love with who is of the other gender. but if that person wasn't there you wouldn't like any other person of the other gender. its all a matter of who your heart decides to love. does that make sense?
