Can a guy get away with owning a Ford Ka? (the model before the 2009 one)?

I am looking at buying a car soon, and I'm able to buy a Ka off my parents VERY cheaply.
However I've ALWAYS seen a Ka to be a girls car. If you think it can be made a guys car with adjustments to it, what kind of adjustments?
