Which shackle lift do i get for my truck. I dont think my truck is HD, by the way what does that mean?

like i said i own a 1995 chevy silverado 2500 5.7ltr 4 by 4. So i dont know which one will fit. How easy is it to install one of these kits for a beginner? How would a 4 inch lift look with a 3 inch body lift? from wht ive seen it would look pretty cool. My truck has 33 BFG all terrain tires on it (NO LIFT) so its high as it is, but will the 4 inch lift make it even more offroad capable?
