Can a girl can be pregnant after had sex and have menstruation after 13days of sex?

the girl had sex within the week she waited her menstruation-august 5. After 13 days august 18 she had her menstruation. her menstruation last until august 21. Is there any possibilities that she is pregnant? The boy used withdrawal methods and this is the first time that the girl had sex. The girl had pregnancy test twice and the result in the first test i snegative but there is a blard line.The second test result is neagative. Why it is that she felt pregnant? She had even lower backaches, headaches and always feel tired. She felt want to vomit but not at all.She also felt that she had stomach cramp. Is she pregnant?!!!! Am I?!? The girl had her menstruation agen on september 16. She i still nervous..plz do answer... :(
the sex between them hapens only once and had never been do agen after dat tym..
