you are limited by speed cap, proxy with port 8080, and by your mobile web browser...other than that, there is no limitation that i know of

speed limits are already posted

also app like skyfire browser b/c they don't offer proxy support
the speed is capped around 150kbps
there is a guide to use the broadband from your broadband line on your phone while using your phone line for 1x, but that method requires that you have both lines
