Can a fish die from constant loud noises?

Here's why. My daughter won a goldfish last 4th of July, and we have taken great care of it. He is 1 year old, so for his bday we got him a new tank. The old tank would vibrate but i would rig it so you couldnt hear it. The new tank vibrates loud. I hate it. My main concern is that the 1 year old goldfish will die because of this new loud tank.
 
In my band for school, we had a fishie, and he sat on the piano in his little bowl when my teacher would use it. She had a megaphone too, and we were concerned for the fish once and she put the megaphone right next to the bowl and he lived. God, B-flat was a tortured fish.
