I know all different types of barcodes can say a lot of different things with the right software to read them, but can barcodes "be" files with the right software? Is there any software that can make an actual file?
For example instead of scanning a QR code for a URL to an app to download, it basically reads a visual code and compiles it into the app.
If not, is any one working on a way to do something like this at all?
