I've just finished getting divorced after 4 years! The kids have been completely alienated from me and it's a big mess. Aside from that, I do get to have them at my house, finally, a few times a year. The kids were just caught in some pretty nasty lies, that the mother put them up to a few weeks ago.After which I checked there cell phones, as a Dad looking into things. I was much surprised to find texts from a grown man (around 30) texting my 11 and 13 year old up to 35 times a day each! The texts are very disturbing and inappropriate. They call the girls "sweetheart, precious angel, and tell them they have a beautiful face and can't wait to spend time with them...one even said I hope you had sweet dreams to the 13 year old! It's very strange...not to mention it looks like the weirdo is dating the ex as they have pics of them kissing! I'm very worried about her being so wrapped up in her on life, she's not realized the creeps she's involving in the kids life's. This is about the 9th guy involved in their lives in 3 years!!! I've tried to talk to her about it but she says to quit harrrassing her! Can I get the kids cell phone texts subpoena and their emails? I took pics of all the text mess . on their phones in hopes this would be enough to convince a judge to allow the subpoena. I've also got the emails he sends printed out. If so what kind of steps do I need to take, can you do this without an attorney?
