Can a ceramic hob and built in under oven both be wired into the existing 45A...

...cooker outlet? I have been told that the built in under oven should be plugged into an ordinary 13A socket and that only the hob should be connected to the old 45A outlet. Is this correct and what electrical standard covers this issue?
