Can a cb antenna be used with a marine band radio?

Can I use a CB antenna (like the Wilson Lil Wil) with a marine band radio (such as the Uniden Solara DSC Fixed Mount VHF Marine radio)?

A lot of hunters in our area use the marine band. I would be mounting the radio in a vehicle and use the magnetic mount of the Wilson Lil Wil on the roof.
