Can a cat get sick from eating a fish with ick.?

I wouldn't think so, but it's probably not a good idea. Best to feed the kitty healthy fish. Be sure they are free of parasites too. I bet she has a blast with those things...actually quite an interesting idea.
 
The local pet stores keep getting in shipments of goldfish with ick. I usually give my cat a couple of fish a month which i put in the bathtub so she can catch, kill, and eat them. The pet store won't sell them because they are worried that eating one could make her sick. Any clue?
 
Yes, your cat will get sick. Don't give her anymore. Just give her regular cat food and she will l;ive a long, healthy life.

My cat lived till 17 years old.

ps. Stop killing innocent fish....
