Suspected Business partner of stealing money and when confronted, he left and took the account that he serviced and sold them. I was also left with over $30K in debt that i had to pay in order to continue running the business. Also overpaid all the vendor accounts that were in his name and then closed them to receive a refund. We had a partnership agreement that disappeared along with some of my account records. What should i do to get some of my money back even though i am still running the business?
