i have a service-oriented business here in manila, philippines, and once in a while i get abusive customers who are hard to deal with. after providing them service they would argue with me about the price that we have already agreed upon, insisting on a discount. there are other customers who would insist that we didnt do our repairs right and refuse payment or would insist to pay a lower price. it is obvious that these customers are just taking advantage of my business for they keep on returning and repeating the same modus. do i have the legal right under Philippine laws to refuse a customer? even for some new customers, we can already sense from the start if they are going to be hard to deal with since they are already very demanding and their demands are very hard to satisfy. can we deny service to these customers too?
