It would be fine, just be aware of the dangers. Many rabbits who are kept outdoors die within a year or two due to severe weather, stress and heart attacks. If it is raining, below 40 degrees or above 80 degrees, you should bring the rabbit inside. They can get colds and respiratory infections, as well as heat stroke, very easily, which can cause death. Also if it is in an area where another animal (wild, or domestic such as a dog or cat) might try and get to it (even if the hutch is secure and it could not actually get the rabbit), your bunny could still die of stress or a heart attack.
Rabbits love to be outside if the weather is nice. Mine get daily play time outside in the grass. you might want to think about getting a small playpen that you can play with them outside in.
