i have been vomiting for almost 2 months now. this has lead to me feeling weak, dizzy and tired all the time and ive lost 5kgs in the past month. if im not vomiting my food after eating then im feeling nausea. i went to see my specialist about a month ago for it and he did a endoscopy and instead of finding the cause for my condition he found a small lump just above my small intestine. he did a biopsy and the results showed that the abnormal cells are slowly multiplying. he did a blood test checking for tumours but it came back negative and was all clear. can this be cancer? and can my condition be associated with it?
can a blood test pick up on tumours?
