I am a beginner we designer. I haven't done anything fancy, only a site with simple drop down menu and nice graphics. Now my boss wants me to add a feedback and survey form and I've been looking for free tutorials all day and it looks very complex. With enough research, would a novice be able to do this, or does this take years od programming experience?
Can a beginner learn php or asp.net?
