simultaneously??? or only one of the states? Can a 4- state (00,01,11,10) Nand Flash transistor, store 4 states simultaneously??? or only one of the states (00,01,11,10) at a time.

If it can store 4 states(00,01,11,10) simultaneously, can they be read individually without affecting the other states.

eg:- i want to read state 11(in cell1) at a particular Vt, without affecting the other states(00,01,10) also stored in the same cell1.
