Can a 4 channel hi low speaker converter be used on a 2 channel amp?

all i could find is the scosche 4 channel speaker level converter. I'm trying to connect my aftermarket amp to the factory HU.but the amp is a 2 channel amp? will it still work without any difference to having a 4 channel amp?
 
Yes you can. You're just over paying for the 4 channel LOC. And you can find 2 channel LOC... here's one...
