Can a 2000 toyota celica stock engine handle 7-8 psi of boost?

I have a plan to buy this vecihal and adding some aftermarket performince parts on to its engine "cold air intake, dull exhaust kit, turbocharger, nos, new body kit and racing wing, plus peformance chip". The engine is a stock 4 cylinder gasoline. Transmission is automatic front wheel drive. Will this engine handle 7-8 psi of boost without rebuilding the bottom end?
If not then why can it not handal the presure?

Yep, it should as long you use high quality synthetic oil.

I would invest in a turbo timer too.

Make sure you get a good quality blow off valve. If the PSI gets too high because it gets stuck you will blow your motor.

Just take it easy and you'll be just fine. If you race it everywhere, it will wear on the engine faster and eventually you will need to rebuild it. But for the time being you'll be just fine. 7-8 PSI isn't much.
