Can a 1999 Toyota Tacoma be able to tow a 6500lbs or less fishing boat?

Im looking forward to getting a 99' Tacoma and a fishing boat that weights about 6000lbs or else with the trailer/motor everything else with the boat. i was wondering with a 160,000 miles on the Tacoma can actually tow this boat? and is there a way that i can look underneath the truck to see if the frame is compatible of towing 6000lbs loads? or what else matters about any truck that is in good shape to be towing? im talking about older models like 90'+ model trucks. Thanks
